Cassandra is 16 years of age and is involved in a sexual relationship for the last 6 months. Her boyfriend, Paul who is soon to be 18 asks Cassandra to take care of the condoms for later.
She goes to the drug store and asks the lady at the cashier for a pack of rough riders studded. The lady takes the money from her and hands her the condoms in a brown paper bag. Cassandra thinks to herself wow, that wasn't so bad.
While she was outside she remembered she needed to pick up some other items, so she turned around to go back into the drug store while she was inside she heard the cashier telling the other lady that works there. Yes man you know her, Paula for Carlton who working down by the snack bar on backstreet well that's her daughter, I believe she name Cassandra.
The one she get with the bus driver. Poor girl, she ain't turn out to be no different than her mother, sleeping around with every Jack, Harry, Peter and Paul. You ain't seeing how she swelling up and Cassandra looked at the lady and embarrassingly held her head down and walked back out of the store.
Do you think Cassandra did the right thing by walking out of the store the second time? What could she have said to the lady in the store after overhearing these comments? If she decides not ever to go back to that store anymore to buy condoms, where else can she go? Should the reaction of the lady in the store stop Cassandra from ever using condoms again?
